Umansky, P.C.  has specialized in collections and creditor’s rights since its inception in 2002.  Our office has the expertise and systems in place to efficiently and aggressively pursue all types of delinquent accounts while strictly complying with all applicable state and federal laws.  The firm’s expertise includes suits on open accounts and breach of contracts.  The firm directly handles cases throughout the states of Missouri and Illinois, and we have a network of attorneys we can contact to assist with claims across the county.  Our attorneys are also licensed to practice in Federal Bankruptcy Court so that we can protect our client’s interests even when debtors file bankruptcy.
